Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid team serving clients in Georgia. You will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans for a manageable caseload, while supervising RBTs/BCaBAs. Strong communication and supervision skills are essential.

Eligible candidates hold BCBA certification, GA LBA, and 1+ year in ABA. The role includes clinical leadership opportunities, in-home visits, and a supportive admin structure

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
