Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Athens, GA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming and provide supervision for RBTs in a hybrid in-home/office setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum and supporting families with treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA with GA licensure, has experience supervising ABA staff, and is comfortable working in a hybrid model with structured admin support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active GA LBA license required.
• Residence within GA or 50 miles.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
