Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role serving Augusta, GA and surrounding areas. The position offers a balance of in-home supervision and administrative support to ensure high-quality client care.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs, and ongoing development of treatment plans. A strong team culture and opportunities for leadership are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• Active GA LBA not required for BCBA but licensure equivalent is expected.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision is essential.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
