Total Care ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in-clinic or hybrid, focusing on children with autism. The role emphasizes developing ABA plans, supervising RBTs, and caregiver collaboration to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and be licensed as an LBA in NC.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Conduct caregiver training and support families during treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Perform initial assessments and implement treatment plans for new clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.
