Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Denver area on a hybrid model across homes, schools, and remote settings. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually based on billable caseload, with part-time options at an hourly rate of $70–$80.

You’ll lead treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to drive real progress. We value ownership, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to the kids on your caseload, offering unlimited

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Colorado licensure eligible or licensed.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical direction to RBTs.
• Lead parent and caregiver guidance sessions for skill generalization.
• Monitor progress through data review and program adjustments.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and payer compliance.
• Be a present clinical leader to your team and families.
