Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum or scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
