ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Matthews, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician‑led team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, while collaborating with families to promote client success.

This hybrid, full‑time position offers flexible schedules, generous PTO, professional development support, and opportunities for research involvement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.
