ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led and parent-founded team in Apex, NC. The role focuses on developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current NC LBA licensure is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and functional assessments preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
