Job summary

Already Autism Health in Carrollton, KY is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and enhance services for individuals with autism. This full-time hybrid role combines in-clinic care with remote work, fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement BIPs, supervise behavior technicians, collect data, monitor progress, and maintain thorough records while advancing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Provide ABA services in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on ABA.
• Provide direct behavior analysis services including assessments and data collection.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistency.
• Monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with research and developments in ABA.
