Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across the state in a hybrid setting, combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement with strong clinical support and pathways for licensure expansion, plus a robust benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligibility for North Carolina licensure as BCBA or equivalent.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards compliance
