Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving individuals with autism in Kentucky. The role offers a hybrid schedule: three days in clinic and two days remote, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement BIPs, supervise technicians, train staff, and monitor progress while staying current with ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with individuals with autism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals for individuals with autism.
• Provide ABA services in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and professionals to ensure continuity of services.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate progress notes.
