The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA for a hybrid in-center role in Savannah. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure data-driven outcomes while balancing clinic-based work with planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensed required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
