Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and PA LBS credential.
- 1+ year of direct ABA experience in clinic/home/school.
- Experience supervising staff and training caregivers in ABA implementations.
- Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Supervise clinical staff and supervise implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to support treatment goals.
