Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• PA or NJ licensure required/eligible.
• Experience developing ABA programs for children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• willingness to meet families in afternoons/evenings at least 3–4 times/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA science.
• Maintain documentation in practice management software and records.
• Engage in professional development and supervision activities.
• Collaborate with program team; provide training and coaching on strategies.
