Job summary

NeoDym Technologies in Flint, Michigan, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) for a full-time position in a residential care setting. You will lead FBAs, design and monitor Behavior Treatment Plans, ensure thorough documentation, and train staff in positive behavioral support strategies to uphold residents’ rights and wellbeing.

The role requires BCBA certification or LLP credential, with 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred, and collaboration

Qualifications

BCBA certification or LLP credential required.
2+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
Experience conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Treatment Plans.
Ability to train, coach, and support direct-care staff in behavioral strategies.
Strong clinical documentation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and document findings.
Obtain consents and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Develop and write Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) and conduct quarterly reviews.
Provide in-service training on behavior treatment plans and strategies.
Complete ongoing assessments for new residents per policy.
Train staff in positive interactions, routines, coping skills, and redirection.
Consult with treatment teams to adjust programs or care plans.
Coordinate with psychiatrists to align medication management with treatment plans.
Model, monitor, and evaluate implementation of behavior programs.
Complete quarterly progress reviews and communicate updates.
