Job summary

Pinnacle Rehab Staffing, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time lead position in Michigan. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and develop ethical, trauma-informed, assent-based treatment plans.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, provide parent training, collaborate with families and community partners to ensure timely services, and mentor staff. Applicants must hold an active BCBA credential, be licensed as an LBA in Michigan, have at least 3

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing with BACB
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan (LBA)
• Minimum 3 years BCBA experience
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Valid Michigan driver license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Develop ethical, trauma-informed, assent-based treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support continuity of care.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior-analytic services.
• Mentor and supervise employees in the student program.
