Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team on a per diem or full-time salaried basis. Deliver evidence-based ABA services in a school setting, collaborating with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.

The role offers per diem scheduling or full-time benefits, medical/dental/vision, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company match, CE reimbursement, and potential sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
