Job summary

Succeed ABA is a leading provider of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, from infancy through age 21. We deliver expert, compassionate, child-centered care in homes, schools, and community settings—scheduled to support both families and clinicians.

We are currently hiring BCBAs who want to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing balance, support, or professional growth. In-home, school and community settings with flexible schedules, and competitive pay up to $150K per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA certification preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum a must have.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs directly and indirectly.
• Design, review, and update ABA curricula and behavior plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide ongoing parent and staff training.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
