Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) focused on clinical quality, flexibility, and growth. The role offers a competitive salary, up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
  • Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, delivering care appropriate to the ages and populations served.
  • Instruct staff, family members, and/or legal guardians on how to implement BSPs through face-to-face instruction, role modeling, and coaching.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide supervision toRegistered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Qualifications
Education

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBA certification required

Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred.
  • Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum
  • Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA’s- 2 years minimum preferred
  • Training staff preferred
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
