Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field with BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Strong ABA skills and experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience writing Positive Behavior Support Plans and FBAs; staff training preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor BSPs.
• Serve on a multi-disciplinary treatment team delivering care appropriate to ages served.
• Instruct staff and family on BSP implementation via coaching.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
• Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, delivering care appropriate to the ages and populations served.
• Instruct staff, family members, and/or legal guardians on how to implement BSPs through face-to-face instruction, role modeling, and coaching.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBA certification required

Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred.
• Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum
• Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA's- 2 years minimum preferred
• Training staff preferred
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
