Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the ABA program supporting individuals with autism and developmental needs. You will design and supervise assessments, BIPs, and collaborate with families and staff to deliver evidence-based interventions.

The role emphasizes compliance with BACB standards, ongoing professional development, and a flexible schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact lives.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.
  • BCBA license required.
  • Experience with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
  • All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours.

We at Rebound Therapies are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

  • Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment
  • Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
  • Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA
  • All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA License through the BACB
