Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy with a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.

We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and covered CE expenses, plus a quarterly bonus and flexible schedules including work-from-home days. Join a team with realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, and strong RBT training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBTs.
• 2–3 years of experience in ABA field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments.
• Design behavior and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
