Job summary

Chasing Your Dreams ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Davidson County team in North Carolina. The role is salaried with a 25-hour billable expectation per week, a $5,000 signing bonus, and direct access to company leadership.

The caseload is geographically clustered to minimize travel, with opportunities to influence clinical programming and growth. The ideal candidate holds a current BCBA certification, NC LBA licensure eligibility, and experience supervising BTs/RBTs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Current or eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other members of the treatment team.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services as a BCBA.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and schools on treatment plans.
• Develop and adjust clinical programming as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust protocols to achieve outcomes.
