Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Wheeling, WV is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our team of professionals. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, with no caseload to enable data-driven therapy and collaboration.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, delivering ABA sessions, collecting and analyzing progress data, and coordinating with BCBAs, RBTs and SLPs to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification through BACB required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs for each individual.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
• Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and plans.
