ABA Centers of Florida in Royal Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and support families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.

• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference, functional) to guide intervention.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
