ABA Centers of Florida, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work in Royal Palm Beach, FL. You will design, implement, and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and perform assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required for eligibility.
• Active BCBA certification required for practice.

• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Willing to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other BCBA activities as needed.
