Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks dedicated BCBAs to help kids and families put first. Roles include in-home and clinic settings with flexible schedules and protective growth paths from BCBA to leadership. You’ll work with a supportive team and student RBTs while focusing on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is preferred.
• BCBA and LBA certification are required.
• NC LBA or the ability to obtain is required.
• CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain is required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and abuse registry check.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and updates using standard assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practice for clients.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of Behavior Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to help communities served.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments are available.
