Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinician-led team that supports you with scheduling and administrative tasks. You will focus on delivering exceptional clinical care, supervising RBTs, and developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Current residence in Colorado.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
