Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical care while our team handles scheduling, authorizations, and admin tasks.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, monitor progress, and ensure documentation meets BACB standards, with a flexible hybrid schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Current residence in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
