Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Colorado to provide exceptional clinical care while our operations handle scheduling, authorizations, and admin tasks.

You’ll manage assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, monitor progress, and ensure BACB compliance. We offer immediate caseloads, flexible/hybrid scheduling, generous compensation, PTO, a $500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience.
• Current residence in Colorado.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
