Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical care. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support families while our operations team handles scheduling and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Current residence in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
