Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinician-led, collaborative team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training while enjoying a flexible, hybrid work model designed to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Current residence in the State of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
