Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services within a supportive operations framework. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train families, all while maintaining high clinical standards and compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Current residence in the State of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
