Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing autism services team. The role involves assessments, behavior intervention planning, and collaboration with Behavior Therapists to support client progress.

We offer flexible scheduling with full- and part-time options, travel to client homes, supervision for RBTs and BCBA candidates, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with documentation and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
