Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, curriculum development, and supervision of ABA treatment plans in Utah. You will work with families and a team of professionals to implement effective interventions and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field must be held.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Utah licensure eligibility (LBA) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop Curriculum: Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and Train: Guide behavior technicians and ensure implementation of plans.
• Collaborate: Work with families and professionals on comprehensive strategies.
• Monitor Progress: Analyze data and drive data-based decisions.
• Maintain Clinical Quality: Review documentation to ensure high standards of care.
