Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, curriculum development, and supervision of ABA treatment plans in Utah. You will work with families and a team of professionals to implement effective interventions and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the development and supervision of individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and a team of ABA professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Certification: Current BCBA certification
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Utah
• Experience: Experience providing ABA therapy preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical skills
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required (caseloads built with geographic convenience in mind)
