Golden Touch ABA is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, curriculum development, and supervision within a supportive team in Utah.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data-driven decisions, and maintaining high clinical quality. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required, with Utah licensure eligibility encouraged for newly certified BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Utah.
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Develop Curriculum: Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and Train: Provide guidance to behavior technicians and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
