Job summary

Woven Care in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at an early career stage to deepen clinical practice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, conduct assessments, and mentor your RBTs while leading parent training and family meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or center-based ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA programs and conduct assessments and program reviews.
• Supervise and develop the RBT team and lead parent training and family meetings.
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients with focus on quality care.
• Complete notes and indirect tasks from home to keep clinic time for clients and collaboration.
