Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor a range of behavioral supports in the RSC Clinic setting for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

The BCBA will oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, provide supervision, and ensure HIPAA compliance. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires flexibility to travel between sites and some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably BACB-accredited.
• Certification under BACB for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis.
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Use assessment data to develop behavior change plans and interventions.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contract, insurance, and professional standards.
• Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates.
• Supervise RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA Candidates as directed by Regional Director.
• Maintain data collection and analysis systems for interventions.
• Deliver consultation to schools and external agencies as needed.
