Job summary

Circle City ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead therapy teams and advance treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism. You will oversee assessments, design/monitor behavior plans, and mentor staff, while coordinating with families and caregivers to ensure progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, has strong leadership, and is committed to professional development and high-quality care within our center-based program.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required; supervision experience preferred.
• Credentialed as BCBA with BACB and related memberships/usages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapy teams and coordinate care for clients.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision to support client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and professional standards.
