Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license/certification required or in progress within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor and support client progress as positive behaviors emerge.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Supervise, train, and support a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Ensure safety and smooth operation during sessions.
