Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA plans for children with autism, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality care across in-home, center, and remote services.

You will partner with families, work in a supportive, growth-focused team, and participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and regular check-ins to uphold ethical standards and client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required in your state, or you must be sitting for your exam within the next 3 months.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work).
• 1+ years of ABA experience preferred, but new BCBAs are welcome.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
• Collaborative mindset—excited to be part of a growing team and value professional support and connection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
