Qualifications

• BCBA certification required in your state, or you must be sitting for your exam within the next 3 months.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• 1+ years ABA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for making a difference.
• Collaborative mindset—excited to be part of a growing team and value professional support and connection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff, providing tools and training.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, preference) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to provide training and integrate goals into daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to ensure client progress.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Work with remote and in-home/center-based options.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and check-ins with supervisors.
