Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs across multiple states, including Illinois. The role offers a competitive salary with a monthly bonus potential, flexible scheduling, and strong support for professional development.

Positions may be home-based or clinic-based, with relocation packages available and a focus on work-life balance. We seek BCBA professionals who are committed to evidence-based ABA, family collaboration, and high-quality service delivery to children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification.
• LABA certification if applicable by state.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
• Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Previous ABA Experience.
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
• Provide support, instruction and feedback to families and caregivers.
• Review program effectiveness, monitor data, and graph progress.
