The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, a Master's in ABA or related field, and an active supervision certificate, with US work authorization and state licensure where required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze data and adjust programming to progress goals.
• Collaborate with families and schools for outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
