Job summary

Advanceable ABA VA is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fairfax, VA team in a flexible part-time role. You will assess children, design individualized ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful goals.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required.
Virginia LBA eligibility or licensure.
Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming.
Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs.
Analyze data and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with families, physicians, and other professionals.
Complete documentation timely and accurately.
Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethics.
Advocate for meaningful client outcomes.
