Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Fairfax, VA seeks a full-time BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. This role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families and medical professionals to improve outcomes. Full-time, clinical leadership support, and ongoing CEUs are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; VA LBA eligibility preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience in clinical settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team collaboration.
• Passionate about working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BTs.
• Analyze data and adjust plans based on progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices.
• Advocate for meaningful client outcomes.
