Advanceable ABA VA is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fairfax, VA team in a flexible part-time role. You will assess children, design individualized ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs.
• Analyze data and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other professionals.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethics.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Passion for working with children and families

Preferred

• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Experience providing parent training and caregiver support
• Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
