Job summary

Clementine ABA in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This part-time, hybrid role (15-25 hours/week) offers flexible shifts and the chance to deliver ABA services under clinical supervision.

You will conduct assessments, design and monitor treatment plans, train RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure compliance with BACB Ethics and VA regulations.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in VA or eligible for Virginia licensure before start date.
• Experience with ABA and supervising RBTs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations toward progress goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency.
• Conduct caregiver training and ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including notes, progress reports, and assessments.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure services comply with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and policies.
