Golden Care Therapy VA in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This in-person, part-time role delivers high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism, develops individualized treatment plans, and supports families to implement strategies at home and in the clinic.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, set behavioral goals, train parents, collaborate with therapists and supervisors, and maintain accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Part-time schedule; hours discussed during interview.
• In-person role—must live in Virginia.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies.
